Central position next to Railway station and across the road from V & A museum in Dundee We arrived 2.5hrs early and were provided with a room straight away. The property was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good All in all a nice comfortable place to stay

Room perfect. enough room for my wheelchair. However bed far too wide, difficult to get out of, due to lack of use legs! Shower room, could not fault it, managed to get wheelchair in. Shower was such that I could not have fallen, I felt safe. The staff recognised that I needed 'extra assistance' and for that I am grateful. Central location, access to all I wanted to see. Railway station immediately at hand.

Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Super clean. Plenty of mirrors and good lighting. Excellent shower with toiletries provided. Comfortable bed. Everything in good condition and working order. Very well located close to amenities, transport and town centre.

Sleeperz hotel is ideally located. It's beside the train station but you don't hear the trains. There's a bus stop outside the front door for local and intercity buses and the stop for the airport express is just across the street. The V&A, Discovery point, waterfront and Slessors gardens are within a few minutes walk. The city centre with shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, galleries and museums are a short walk in the other direction. The staff are incredible.. Friendly, polite, helpful and make you feel that nothing is a problem. Rooms are impeccable and the beds are super comfy. Buffet breakfast is fabulous.

Location is perfect, we took the train and my daughter counted 59 steps from the hotel exit to the entrance to the train station! Just across from the V&A museum and Discovery Ship. Very central to the city centre too. We had a double room which was very spacious, bathroom is small but functional and the shower was great. Were on the 4th floor, it was quiet inside and out. Buffet breakfast with usual continental, cereals and cooked breakfast which was all very nice (no black pudding sadly) but apart from that was good. All staff were friendly and helpful, lifts were pretty quick.

We’ve stayed at Sleeperz before and love the location. The hotel is attractive and rooms are stylishly decorated with fantastic showers. Beds are very comfortable and room facilities excellent. The reception staff we met upon arrival and on leaving were helpful and friendly, as were the breakfast team.

Honestly, it was amazing! I was stressed about my interview, which was the initial reason I came to Dundee, but the staff were lovely. We managed to check in earlier, as our bus arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was accommodating and patient I had so much anxiety, I would constantly ask questions, which they answered and accommodated efficiently. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, right next to the train station which was very helpful as my friend needed to catch the train the day after I left and it was a few minutes walk from the city centre, so it was very convenient. All I could say was that the staff and service were excellent. They even allowed my friend to stay in the same room as she booked an extra day after I left which was very convenient.

Room was nice, bathroom was lovely, clean and spacious. Fantastic view, overlooking the water, bridge etc. Location could not have been better, on top of train station and a few minutes walk to shops

So I did have a very pleasant stay at the hotel and all the staff were helpful, upbeat and positive. Some names include Walter, Tetiana and Nicky but all the staff I met were dead-friendly. The kettle in my room wasn't working and it was replaced within a few minutes of me raising it at the reception desk. The staff member (blonde hair and glasses) showed me how to use the television as well. The food and drink was good but I only stayed for one breakfast. Location was great. I travelled by rail so the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. The room itself was comfortable and trendy.
